Honda Mugen Civic Type R

Honda has announced it will offer limited edition Mugen Civic Type R for the UK market. The car takes inspiration from a special tuner Mugen Honda’s Euro Type R. This car will be limited edition, only 200 units.

Mugen Civic Type R is equipped with Honda i-VTEC engine 201 PS (148 kW / 198 bhp) and will use the Mugen tuning parts such as front and rear bumpers and side skirts, 19-inch alloy wheels, limited slip differential, a Mugen emblems (in rear) and the edition number.

This car will be a local product, with Mugen, based in Northampton and the car is being built at Honda Swindon factory. Mugen Honda Civic Type R will be available in the market in April in England. The additional Mugen tuning parts will also available in the UK Honda dealers who have been determined.
