GM Will Use Override System

GM announced plans to equip their vehicles with brake override system. This was done because of the demands from the consumer to complete the security features.

GM is adding an automatic transmission and electronic throttle control, at the end of 2012. This system will reduce engine power when the brake and accelerator pedal depressed at the same time. Currently, only the Corvette, Camaro V8, Malibu L4, V8 Colorado, Cobalt, HHR, Canyon V8, CTS-V and STS-V which has a brake override system.
