Hyundai launched Equus 2011 in New York Auto Show

Hyundai has launched the 2011 Equus in New York Auto Show. This car is designed to compete with the world’s best luxury sedan (Lexus LS460, Audi A8, Mercedes S550). In the interior, the cabin is equipped with leather seats, wood trim, GPS navigation, 17 speaker of  Lexicon audio system, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Hyundai installing the latest security features including Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management System (VSM), active head restraints, intelligent cruise control, and nine airbags.

The power comes  from 4.6-liter  V8 engine with 385 hp (287 kW / 390 PS) and 451 Nm  of torque . This engine also equipped  with six-speed ZF automatic  transmission. This engine can  accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than 6.4 seconds. Equus will be sold this summer with a base price around $ 50,000.
