Nissan Leaf Will Produce In 2013

Nissan Motor Co. will start producing electric compact car, Nissan Leaf at a factory in Sunderland, England early 2013. Nissan has announced plans to use the batteries for electric cars in Sunderland.

The car manufacturers are competing to reduce emissions of their products, for example by making an electric-powered cars. Among the many manufacturers, Nissan and Renault is a supporter of electric vehicle technology, the most aggressive and invest about 4 billion euros ($ 5.5 billion) in projects electric vehicles and is committed to achieve a production capacity of 500,000 units in the emission-free cars a year.
