2011 Chevrolet Volt Prices from $41,000

General Motors (GM) environmentally friendly car, Chevrolet Volt, will be come soon and priced at $41,000 or about €31,700 for U.S. market, including California, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, dan Washington DC. Volt is planned to be made 10,000 units until the end of 2011. This electric car plant to production in early of fourth quarter of this year at Detroit Hamtramck assembly factory. GM not say this car is hybrid car, but this is parallel hybrid car that mean this car have a small electric motor that only moves when the car started slowly, but when acceleration and the speed increases, a gasoline engine running. This car can produce 161 horsepower and the max speed is 160 km/h. “this is not special vehicle, but future vehicle” said Joel Ewanick, VP Marketing GM North Amerika. The priced is down to $33,500 after tax credits, make this car more cheaper.
