2012 Hyundai Genesis New Engine, V8 and 5.0 liter

NCI report that Hyundai has develop new engine for Hyundai Genesis. Hyundai will put the V8 engine 5.0 liter on their Genesis Coupe that can produce 429 horsepower at 6500 rpm and torque 376 lb-ft at 5000 rpm.

if we look, this car have power more than 2011 Ford Mustang that only produce 412 horsepower with same engine type, 5.0 liter V8 engine. The new Hyundai engine will equipped with 8 sppeed automatic transmission. Some source said that this engine also will seen in New Equus Sedan, that make this car more powerful.
